Bloomsdale Excavating was asked to perform site clearing and grading for a 67-acre residential subdivision site in St. Louis, Missouri. Bloomsdale had to work around several existing utilities. The coordination between the owner and Bloomsdale’s crew to ensure these were not damaged was an important part of this project. Utility relocations caused delays in the project, but Bloomsdale was able to meet the milestone dates set by the owner and keep the project within its budget.
