As a result, we annually present the Teamwork, Integrity, and Performance (TIP) award to an outstanding employee who is setting the standard for excellence and innovation. This employee's individual achievement and contribution make the greatest impact on the company by
Honored by Our Peers Our employees nominate each other for this prestigious award by filling out an extensive information packet. The criteria and questions relate to the areas of teamwork, integrity, and performance. These areas are an essential part of a successful management team, and all topics relate to our shared qualities as members of Bloomsdale Excavating Company, Inc. During the evaluating, grading, and scoring process conducted by Bloomsdale employees, the applications are anonymous. The nominated employee with the highest score wins the TIP award. The winner is announced at the November management recognition dinner, where he or she receives a cash prize, travel gift certificate and additional vacation days. The winner also displays the coveted TIP award trophy during the next year. Additionally, the individual who nominated the award winner receives a cash prize. 2004 TIP Award Winners
